Hi, I'm Katie Davis, and short-term rentals are more than just a business for me—they're a passion rooted in family, legacy, and a love for travel. My journey into property management began with my parents, who chose real estate as their primary investment and retirement plan. My mother, a successful real estate agent, showed me firsthand the possibilities and rewards that come with the industry. Real estate feels like second nature to me, and I've always known I wanted to continue that legacy.
Travel has always been close to my heart as well. My husband and I share a love for exploring new destinations, and we realized we could combine this love with my background in real estate. After careful research, we discovered the Smoky Mountains, specifically the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. Its perfect mix of nature and family-friendly activities made it the ideal spot for our first vacation rental, purchased in 2021. That property's success inspired us to expand—we now own and manage four family-focused rentals in this breathtaking area.
