The house sits down in a hole which from the pictures it did not look like that at all and the driveway is hilly so we backed in under the carpet (which is nice)so we could just get in car and go. The yard is also hilly not much level ground was kinda tricky for a blind, deaf dog but we made it work. The house was spacious, and fully equipped with all cooking supplies, we cooked breakfast every morning with no issues. Well stocked on soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. Beds was comfy, Tv's in all bedrooms which is nice. The bathroom was huge but the toilet seat moved alot when sitting on it. We had a problem with the lighting in the master bathroom and told Katie about it and the handy lady came out the next day and fixed the issue. The chandelier in the dining room was not that bright so it's kinda dark at the table. The spiral staircase is a tight space, kinda hard to maneuver on them. The acorns would fall off frequently hitting the roof in the living room which was ignoring and loud at times, could not hear them in any other rooms. They would hit the ground and bounce up and hit our vehicle. I had to be careful when outside with my blind, deaf dog also from the acorns bouncing and almost hitting us. We did not sit out on back deck due to couches and firepit was covered, we did not want to have to uncover & recovering it also not sure if we would get hit by all the acorns falling. Mosquito was bad, I used Off and it did not work. It's off Wears Valley Rd and the road is not all that step but is widening and have to be careful when you meet a car. Its close to activities, Dollywood, etc. Overall nice place love the look of the wood on the inside of house and that it was well stocked of supplies. We did not see any bears but did see many different cats daily.

Me and my family enjoyed the cabin. It’s cozy and just the right size for our family. It’s was very clean and lots of fun things to do. Only thing I can say that wasn’t great was the fridge took more than a day to get anything cold and there was a crack in the stove so my mom was scared to use it but it wasn’t bad. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Katie’s cabin was amazing and there was so much to do! We had board games, a pool table, air hockey, hot tub, and a beautiful back deck. The location was secluded and very cozy and Katie was very welcoming. I would stay again!! :)

We had a great time during our stay in the Smoky Mountains, and this cabin was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to enjoy peaceful mornings and quiet evenings, but still close enough for easy access to all the attractions. The house had plenty of space for our group of five, and it felt cozy and comfortable throughout. We especially enjoyed using the grill one night for a relaxed dinner in, and the games provided were a huge hit with everyone. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Smokies while still having convenient access to everything the area has to offer!

Plenty of things for the kids to do there and a great location if they wanted to leave the property, everything was about 5-10 mins away. We could not have had a better experience.

Fit our needs for a family trip to pidgeon forge that included grandparents, children and puppies.

The cabin fit our family needs. The owner were quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had and kept me updated before and during our stay. The place felt smaller than the pics showed, but was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. There was an issue that was unable to be taken care of until after our stay, but the owners offered what they could to rectify the problem in the mean time.

We had a wonderful stay! It was everything the description said! Very clean, nothing was worn down or damaged. We loved how every kitchen appliance was included along with a washer/dryer. We had 3 families staying which included two kids (8 and 5) and they loved the pool table and hot tub! We had plenty of space. Our two dogs also tagged along, and enjoyed the space. It was so clean, you wouldn’t even know that dogs are allowed to stay there. The host is very responsive, and the guidebook was very helpful when planning what we needed to bring! We come down every 2 years, and will be booking again!

Highly recommend and would definitely book again if I returned to the area. The back deck is very private and was a great place to BBQ and spend the evening.

The cabin had everything we needed. I was traveling with a toddler, teenagers and seniors. The cabin had something for everyone. It is in a great location, just minutes from pigeon forge’s main drag and a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Katie was excellent with communication and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin is also in a safe and secluded area so you can rest and relax in comfort after a day of activities. My family and I truly enjoyed this trip that was made easy by booking this great cabin. We look forward to our next visit.

We loved the house! Clean, plenty of room. The extras are really nice, spices, oils, cereal, coffee, cereal bars, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and provided plenty of toilet paper and paper towels! The game room provided plenty of entertainment on the rainy days. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing! We felt right at home the entire time. We brought our 2 dogs and they had so many pet friendly amenities, including a massive dog crate. The extra bathroom and snack amenities were not expected but deeply appreciated. Secluded but also close to everything. Drove into the park every day of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Loved this cabin! Was great for big family! Was so happy to have all the necessary stuff for a toddler! I brought my own sippy cups, but was surprised to find some in the cabinet! They came in handy when my others went missing. I also loved the other item I discovered for my littles! Baby toys, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. My youngest was unexpectedly rushed to the ER by calling 911 and when our host was notified she checked in on us! I will definitely make this our go to cabin when we come back!!

This home was perfect for our two families that have been traveling together for several years doing a family vacation. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and the house was extremely clean and organized. The beds were super comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen was available. It was awesome having a hot tub but I will say make sure you bring bug spray! Would 100% recommend this place!

We loved this cabin! So clean and the place seems newly remodeled. Furniture looks brand new and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again! Lots of room for a large family! We had 11 people stay with us and had plenty of room. Loved that there were games for everyone enjoy. Absolutely recommend!

I came here for a weekend getaway with 5 other friends and this cabin was amazing! Katie was a responsive host and made check in/out super easy. The beds were quite comfortable and the electric heaters in the back bedrooms made it extra warm and cozy for our winter stay. We also appreciated that there was coffee available (just had to bring our own creamer). And we enjoyed playing pool and air hockey when we weren’t out visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Can’t wait to visit and hopefully stay here again!

Property is exactly as advertised. We had 5 adults. My wife and i with 3 adult children. Relived a old vacation when children were young. 30 years since our last visit. Town has grown a little. Hahaha. Beds were very comfortable and cabin is very well equipped. All cooking utensils are in excellent shape as are the appliances. The host responded within minutes of any questions. Highly recommend. Location is perfect. 3 minutes to pigeon forge. 15 to Gatlinburg

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful mountain cabin. It was the perfect size for our group of friends. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

My sister and her kids and my family stayed for a mini Spring-break vacation. Cabin was wonderful. Kiddos enjoyed the pool table. Adults enjoyed the outdoor firepit. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub!! Plenty of room and places to sleep.

Great property at a great location to be able to experience Pigeon Forge or Smoky Mountain National Park. Our adult kids loved the hot tub. Would be a great property for warmer weather as well given the large deck. A few minor issues, but nothing that impaired the overall visit.

The cabin was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The location is great because it is quiet and peaceful at the cabin but it is only minutes away from all of the attractions.

Our first time to Tennessee and the Smokies. Beautiful land and amazing cabin ! Close to all types of activities, which filled our days, then we got to come back to a quiet and peaceful cabin in the mountains. Beautiful cabin with spacious patio for hanging out in the wilderness. Neighborhood was quiet and close to Pigeon Forge (10 minutes) and Gatlinburg (30 minutes). Katie was a tremendous host; provided clear instructions and always responsive. I recommend this cabin for a family vacation or a friend’s getaway to the mountains.

The home was exactly as described, and it is obvious that a great deal of thought went in to preparing for guests of all ages in terms of comfort and amenities. (While we did not have our pups with us, I appreciated how pet friendly it is. Very rare to find a place so accommodating in that respect.) The location is also perfect! We were able to enjoy the beauty and peace of the mountains but were also literally only minutes from 2 groceries stories, as well as all of the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return in the future.

This cabin was incredibly beautiful. The main strip of pigeon forge was only 10 minutes away. There were several great attractions very close by, but it was also far enough to be a secluded mountain getaway. The only thing to be aware of is the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything at all times. The host was amazing, I would definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend at this cabin for my husbands 50th birthday! It had everything we wanted…. Hot tub, pool table,arcade, games and close to everything.

Our family took a sweet 16/ Christmas trip to the mountains. This cabin was absolutely perfect,cute and cozy! The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. I would recommend some dish towels. The bathroom’s were stocked with shampoo,conditioner ,body wash, hair dryers and even extra things you may have forgotten,like a razor and a tooth brush! The drive to the cabin was easy and close to town. Overall ,we would love to stay here again!

Katie’s cabin was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easily accessible. We loved the fully stocked coffee bar and was a big hit with the family! Kids of all ages enjoyed the game room. The jetted bath tub was very relaxing. The outside hot tub was clean, comfortable and stocked with outside towels for ease and convenient. The mountain landscape was beautiful and the November fall weather was awesome. Katie was friendly and resourceful. We highly recommend Katie’s cabin and look forward to booking with her in the future.

Owners are super helpful and responsive. Super baby friendly, they even have a high chair and pack and play there. Everything was spotless. They provide little things you may forget tooth paste, q-tips, makeup remover, etc. Cabin is super cute. We will definitely be back this summer to enjoy the back deck.

Cabin was exactly as advertised. Our family was very comfortable here - the little room off one of the masters was perfect for a crib (which the host kindly provided) and would also be great for a child. The game room was a nice touch providing hours of entertainment. Very homey and rustic, gorgeous neighborhood, and lovely outdoor area to end our evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here. Our group had originally planned to stay in Asheville but due to Hurricane Helene we had to pivot to Gatlinburg. Shaun and Katie were so responsive and accommodating as we had to make last-minute adjustments for dates. We loved the ambience, the perfect cozy-cabin feel, how fully stocked it was (towels, soap, kitchen utensils, etc.). We would recommend it to anyone!

The cabin was even more beautiful than the photos. Centrally located to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. It was the perfect stay for our family prior to dropping off our daughter at UT Knoxville. We would stay here again.

We had a FANTASTIC stay! This cabin is a must stay if you are visiting the Pigeon Forge area. It is conveniently located near ALL attractions, food, and shopping, however, the cabin was so nice and cozy that we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely stay again!

This house was a perfect space for our party of seven. And the location was ideal for accessing all the fun of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. We could spend the morning playing in the park, and then return to our little cabin sanctuary to recoup from the day's activities. The hot tub, deck, pool table, front sitting room were all so enjoyable that we could have never left the house and had a great time together! The hosts were very communicative and checked in multiple times to ensure our stay was meeting expectations. I'd DEFINITELY rent this home again on a return visit. FIVE STARS all around!

Booked this peaceful retreat for a girls reunion trip for 4 college roommates. We had such an amazing time! Katie's place was perfect, we brought groceries and clothes and that was all we needed in this well appointed cabin. It is truly a home away from home, with full amenities including some that are above and beyond any rented cabin or home we have previously rented. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, despite all the pollen, and the beds were comfy. Location is just a hop skip and jump from all the surrounding activities. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. This rental really made our vacation memorable and was exactly what we needed! Kids were able to play pool while I relaxed in the hot tub. The family gathered around the big screen to watch March Madness. Pigeon Forge activities were only a few minutes away. Perfect!
