Hi, I'm Katie Davis, and I'm here to redefine your vacation experience. My passion for hospitality stems from my family and a lifelong love for travel. Real estate is in my DNA, thanks to my parents' inspiring investment journeys and my mother’s success as a real estate agent. With more than 22 years as a corporate executive, I’ve brought my expertise in customer service, efficiency, and systems to the world of short-term rentals, where it’s my mission to elevate every stay and maximize comfort. Together with my husband, I’ve blended this foundation with our mutual love for exploring new places—which led us to the Smoky Mountains. Since 2021, we’ve poured our hearts into creating family-friendly vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, combining breathtaking views, inspiring designs, and thoughtful amenities tailored for making memories.
