The location was so convenient to everything we needed, yet it offered a peaceful atmosphere without the traffic and noise of the city — truly the best of both worlds. Katie was incredibly communicative from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The guidebook was amazing and so helpful — it answered questions we didn’t even know we had and made exploring the area so easy. The house itself felt so cozy and safe from the moment we walked in. It was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Sorry it took so long to respond , my dad had a fail and broke his hip . My parents missed this trip and when we got back we brought him home. Hope to make another reservation for our whole family.

Katie was the best host! The Home literally had everything that we needed and even stuff that we didn’t think about. The home was very clean and easy to find although can be tricky at night. We felt like millionaires staying here for four days. It was the best experience and I highly recommend this Home. The hot tub was perfect. The playroom was phenomenal. The home layout was perfect as well. I really have nothing bad to say here. Everything was amazing.

Katie’s place was awesome. Did a short spring break trip with 3 kiddos, 2 preteens and a toddler. Had something for everyone. Very clean and comfortable. Katie’s was very responsive even check in to see how things were doing. Would definitely book again for future trips to the area

We had a great stay at this cabin! The location was wonderful and it worked really well for our family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated them trying to accommodate us with a baby gate for the stairs. The cabin itself was cozy and had everything we needed while we were in town for a cheer competition. Our kids had plenty of space and we felt right at home. There were just a couple small maintenance/cleaning things we passed along privately to the hosts so they’re aware for future guests, but nothing that impacted our overall stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay. It was slow season so the resort was empty most our stay which was great for the kiddos. Theres a nice road away from the main road for the kiddos to ride around on. The game room was great. The baby loved all the stuffed animals and the little tent area. Its peaceful yet close to everything at the same time! Thanks for hosting us!

Cabin was exactly as pictured with amenities, lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets made it comfortable. The game room was a big hit with the kids and adults, hot tub was excellent. We had one issue with the microwave, but it was resolved so fast as Katie was super responsive. We loved the location, it was quiet, and so close to Pigeon Forge, restaurants, and grocery shopping. It was very accessible and plenty of parking for our three cars. We would most definitely stay here again!

Our extended family came for an event and we were very pleased with the adorable cabin. We even had a beautiful Christmas tree welcoming us for the holidays! Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better host or stay! Probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! We had plenty of room and were very comfortable for all ages!

We absolutely loved this property. We stayed with a group of 6 adults and 3 children, and it was truly perfect for all of us. Everyone felt comfortable and at home. The master bedroom on the first floor was ideal for our parents, as they are older, and the living room was spacious, cozy, and great for spending time together. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The second floor, with three additional bedrooms, was wonderful. The two kids’ spaces were such a special touch—the children absolutely loved them. What we appreciated most was how safe and thoughtfully designed everything was for kids. Unlike other Airbnbs with children’s rooms full of fragile items, this place felt truly family-friendly and worry-free. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family!

Relaxing trip with four kids and two adults. Internet was slow, but other than that everything was perfect. Would def come back especially if going to Dollywood as it’s a short drive

Our stay at Seventh Heaven was perfect! The kids loved the space, everyone slept great, the amenities for babies were an incredible help! We loved the big dining table and space for family time, but also enjoyed having plenty of space to spread out. Katie was so responsive before and during our trip, which was amazing. The best part was how easy it was to come and go - truly no windy roads - as we explored Dollywood and the national park! This will be the first place we check when we come back!

We absolutely loved staying at Katie’s cabin. We had room for all our family. My daughter’s family had the whole upstairs to themselves, while my husband and I stayed downstairs. And the location!! It was so easy to get to all the attractions! We took the bypasses around town and never really had to get into traffic! We were also impressed with all the amenities she provided in the kitchen! Loved the coffee “bar” she provided! It was a real plus that we all enjoyed! Katie was a joy to work with! We look forward to our next trip at her place!

Our group had a blast! The cabin was a great size for two families and the kids LOVED the game room. We were close to all the main attractions of Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again!

Great cozy place to stay and far enough away from the parkway but still close enough to everything. We loved it.

Host is super responsive and extremely polite. Location was great for all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very centrally located to everything and close to things like Walmart if you want to make a dinner or two at the place. Everything was clean, everything was as expected. Small issue with the washer getting enough water in the bin which was resolved in the same day. This was well worth the price and made the stay very enjoyable. Would look at this host's other properties before choosing others. Our kids loved the games, loved the ability to spread out, and we all made use of the hot tub. Area feels safe and parking was not an issue.

The place was beautiful, young one loved the pac-man, the down home cozy country look & feel was great. Loved the decorative signs, place was very clean, showers/water pressure great. Fast response, detailed instructions of check in/out. Would recommend & will stay again, 💕😁

The cleaners were still there when we arrived. They asked us to come back later and I said we simply cannot as we had been on the road for a long time with a young child. That being said, the house was very clean. I do wish there had been a few more kids toys as the listing stated it was family friendly and the photos displayed a kids area. We booked this location because we had three children with us. I do wish there were locks up high on both exit doors. The hot tub area was extremely small. Over all it was a decent stay.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Our two four year olds loved the basketball hoop game. The location is also great and minutes from most activities. No problem with the neighbors. Over all good place to pick. Also first place I’ve been to that had comfy beds and pillows Ps. The bunk bed ladders are non removable. So we just rolled the comforters up into logs to keep the small kids from rolling.

The cabin atmosphere was perfect for our family vacation to Dollywood and the mountains. Our grandchildren loved the assortment of games and the bunk beds. The furnishings were very nice and met all of our needs and expectations. The cabin is conveniently located to Dollywood and to many other attractions.

My family & I truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was the perfect location. Not too high on the mountain top for those that don’t like driving up the hills. The house was equipped with lots of towels, toilet tissue and trash bags, loved that! The kids loved the hot tub and the game room. I’d definitely book this cabin again! Thanks for having us.

This cabin was great. Plenty of room for 2 families. Everything we needed to stay and then some; even had kids cups and plates (it’s the little things that brighten our stay)! So many games and entertainment for the kids, but comfortable for the parents to relax. The cabin was close to everything and easy to get to. The host was always in contact and responded quickly. Overall, we recommend.
